This page says what pancakepod.com does with the booking form and with analytics. Where the website code does not set a detail, this page says so instead of guessing.

Booking enquiries
The form on the home page posts to this site at /api/enquiry. You can send:
- Your name
- Your email
- Phone (optional)
- Event date (optional)
- Event type: wedding, private party, corporate day, staff welfare day, festival or fireworks, holiday or touring park, or something else
- Approximate number of guests (optional)
- Event location
- A message
A hidden field is there for automated posts. If it is filled in, the site answers as if the form worked and sends no email.
Before an enquiry is accepted, the Worker checks that the post comes from this site, checks the fields, and checks Cloudflare Turnstile. The Turnstile script loads when you start to fill in the form. The Worker passes on the connecting IP address Cloudflare provides (the CF-Connecting-IP header) for that check and for the rate limit. The limit in the site configuration is 3 posts from the same IP address in 60 seconds.
If those checks pass, the Worker sends one email to John’s verified destination address, using Cloudflare Email Service. Mail for pancakepod.com uses Cloudflare Email Routing. The message is sent from enquiries@pancakepod.com. The reply-to address is the email you typed, so a reply comes back to you. The public contact on this site remains john@pancakepod.com. The form handler does not store the enquiry. The email binding can send only to that one verified destination and from that one sender, so the form cannot email anyone else.
If sending fails, the form says so and asks you to call 07940 086642 or email john@pancakepod.com. If it succeeds, the page says we will reply to the email address you gave as soon as we can.
The Worker writes a short log line for Cloudflare Workers logs, such as whether the email was sent or why it was refused. Your message is not written into that log. This page does not state how long those logs are kept, or how long the email is kept after it arrives, because the website code does not set either period.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-V5CTKHZB4Y, loads only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Reject keeps analytics off. We do not use advertising cookies or Google AdSense. Your choice is saved in this browser under the name pp-consent. The cookies page explains that.
The hosting zone can also inject a cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. That beacon is separate from Google Analytics and from the Accept or Reject choice. It is not advertising.
Map
The Find us section can show a map from OpenStreetMap. Nothing is requested from OpenStreetMap until you press “Show the map”. The map frame is loaded with a no-referrer policy.
Payments
This website does not take payment. At the truck, card or cash is accepted. No payment company is named in the website code, so none is listed here.
